Quicksilver

It should come as no surprise that Quicksilver's deck is chock full of Movement actions. Almost every card he plays gives him the chance to move, zipping around the play area to keep things under control with the cooperation of his fellow Heroes. When moving around, Quicksilver may even be able to take other Heroes with him, placing them where they need to be. Moving at superhuman speeds he has the ability to freely rescue a Civilian in every Location he enters on the same turn, or automatically defeat Thugs in the same blink-and-you-miss-it way.
