Carnage�s master plan involves infecting the civilian population to the point where his army of symbiotes becomes unstoppable. He moves around attacking the Heroes and putting helpless civilians at the mercy of his symbiote offspring. His Threats make rescuing the Civilians extremely difficult, and more and more will need to be saved every turn. It�s a ticking time bomb until the Heroes are overrun by symbiotes, unless they stand together and stop Carnage.
